AlpeRegis Trentodoc is the result of the long Trentino sparkling winemaking tradition, a special vintage wine dedicated to all lovers of good food and supreme living. The name recalls King Rotari and the alpine territory which contributed to his now famous deeds.
AlpeRegis is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, an international varietal that has found in the Dolomites area the ideal conditions to express its characteristics at best. The grapes are manually harvested with a rigorous selection of the best bunches.
AlpeRegis is an “Extra Brut” which helps to express at best the territory and all the work which is done in the vineyards and the winery. It is an honest wine, produced without adding a too intrusive dosage as to express the typical aromas of the territory and the varietal, blended with the aromas deriving from the bottle fermentation. AlpeRegis represents at best the true Rotari style and the Trentodoc potential, offering the consumer the possibility to recognise the typical Trentino alpine climate in the glass.
