Bottled at 46.8% and proudly without colouring or chill-filtration.
Nose: Wonderfully sweet - warming to Oloroso, barley, honey and spices plus soft macerated summer fruit Palate: As spiced as “the original” but now detect grist, honey and raisins enhanced by crunched demerara sugar Finish: Gently warming peppery spices to the fore – and now cocoa, vanilla and burnt meringue show through too
