A Signatory Cask Strength Collection bottling of Tormore single malt, aged in a pair of hogshead casks for 24 years. The aforementioned hogshead were laid down in April 1992 and cracked open in January 2017, producing only 158 bottles.
Nose: Toasted walnut, caramel, brown sugar and ginger.
Palate: Citrus peel sweetness develop. Peppercorn, baking spice and brioche.
Finish: Butterscotch, marmalade and a hint of floral heather.
