A handsome Ibisco decanter filled with 19 year old Glenrothes! This is an independent bottling of single cask single malt from the Speyside-based distilled from Signatory.
Nose: Cooked apple drizzled with honey and dusted with cinnamon. A little hint of vegetal oak develops.
Palate: Chocolate muffin, fig, burnt sugar and yet more honey.
Finish: Butterscotch, damson jam and oily malt.
