Some rather old Edradour here, distilled in 1995 and treated to a finishing period in Oloroso casks. It was bottled at cask strength in 2017, producing 2,027 bottles. Intense Sherry delicious ahoy.

Nose: Thick waves of Christmas cake and milk chocolate, with a touch of menthol at the core.
Palate: Nuttiness begins to develop on the palate, but it's somewhat overshadowed by juicy dark fruits and baking spices.
Finish: Rich notes of chocolate mousse and rum-soaked raisin.
