These general conditions regulate the relations between "OPTIMIST1" Ltd. and users of the site and online store located at www.optimist1.com ("Site")

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check the general conditions each time you use the Site.
By clicking on any part of www.optimist1.com with the exception of link pointing to these terms and conditions, the user explicitly and unconditionally agrees fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions.
Visiting www.optimist1.com, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 years.
You can use the information posted on the Site only for your personal non-commercial use, provided you comply with and abide by all copyright and do not abuse it. Materials on this site are protected and could not be changed in any way or reproduce, publicly distributed or distributed for any public or commercial purpose without our explicit consent.

REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY POLICY

Online registration is voluntary. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Registered users voluntarily provide their personal data. They may at any time request deletion of their account by sending a letter for that to e-mail: office@optimist1.com
OPTIMIST1 Ltd is a registered data controller under identification № 121709. By accepting these general conditions, the user explicitly gives its indefinite and unconditional agreement, provided by his personal information to be collected, stored, processed and used by OPTIMIST1 Ltd. for the proper execution of the contract of sale and delivery of distance of the ordered goods as and for statistical and marketing analysis, and any promotions or prohibited by law purposes.
OPTIMIST1 Ltd. does not have access to card data and authentication data in your online payment card, and do not register them and store. Them have access to appropriate service bank and the bank issuing the card to the customer.
Profiles of users who violate conditions of use and online stores use the same or not use them and abuse will be deleted.

ORDER

Orders must be submitted online at http://www.optimist1.com/bg/products
We prefer to receive orderes by registered users, but we give you the opportunity to place orders and without registering. Order is considered as complete after pressing the "confirm" in step 2 of the process of shopping. You can change the amount and type of products in step 2, but before you click "Confirm". Registered users enter the delivery address during registration. It is your responsibility for the correctness and accuracy of the entered address, telephone and data delivery, we advise you to check the data in your account before you checkout. After placing the order, get on your e-mail confirmation of receipt, which is sent automatically by the system after its successful completion. When shopping for the first time, you will receive from our staff a call for order confirmation and clarification of details on the delivery address. On subsequent orders, the call is not mandatory. In case you missed something and want to add products, you can send additional order, and both will be implemented together. Each stage of processing the order you will receive notification e-mails - to confirm availability, send order etc.
You can send your orders every day, 24 hours a day. We are working /process orders and deliver/ from Monday to Saturday. Usually we do not work on Sunday and some official holidays.


DISCLAIMER / Returns


The user may return goods purchased by him within 7 working days from the date of purchase and the goods must be in original packaging with no signs of use, according to The Law on Consumer Protection /p.55/. The goods must be returned with all accompanying documents - receipts and / or invoice.
If you decide to use the advantage of rights under Art. 55, p. 1 of the Law on Consumer protection for returning of goods OPTIMIST1 Ltd. will refund the value of products without the cost of courier service. Transport and other costs of returning the goods are fully paid by the user. OPTIMIST1 Ltd. will refund the value of the goods returned no later than 15 days after receiving it back. Returning the money is in the same way you made the payment.

PRICES

The final contract value is calculated as the sum of prices of products ordered. All prices include VAT and are subject to change by the time of ordering to date of payment. The price is added to the contract price and delivery. Delivery Section you can see the price and delivery terms. Payment In section describes how you can pay your order. OPTIMIST1 Ltd. has the right to change the prices advertised on the Site without notice to users. If clerical errors in calculation or display of prices, the Site has the right to refuse the contract and compensation in any way the user. OPTIMIST1 Ltd undertakes to repay the amount if it had been previously paid.
