Tasting notes:

Nose: Opens in a syrupy style, then runs to a citric pith with burnt sugar, raisins and ginger.

Palate: Shows sweet barley up front and is tannic and chewy with loads of molasses and spices.

Finish: Malty with dark liquorice tones, a drift of smoke and late macerated fruits.
