   Some rather inviting looking 25 year old Aultmore here! It was drawn from a single Sherry butt, which was filled in February 1990 and cracked open in February 2016. This was bottled as part of Douglas Laing's Xtra Old Particular range, with 302 bottles produced

Nose: Thick treacle and plum, with Christmas pudding notes soon after. Spicy oak and a seductive hint of coffee.

Palate: Old leather, dark chocolate, chewy raisin and black pepper.

Finish: Forest floor, tobacco, stewed apple and continuing coffee notes.
